Ok, that title may have you a little confused, but here is the point: Your skin reflects the overall health of your body and the healthier you are, the better your skin will look.
You see thousands of lotions, creams, potions, etc claiming to turn back the years and give you more youthful skin. But they only work on the outer layers of the skin. You’re skin begins growing deep within your body. If you don’t grow healthy skin cells, then all you put on your face will be working on old skin cells. But if your skin cells are as healthy as they can possibly be when they first start growing, then they will look the best they can when they finally become your skin you see in the mirror.
Take Claudia for example, below is a picture of her skin in the summer of 2005 for a passport photo. Normally she wore foundation and concealer to cover all the imperfections. It was only for a quick passport photo that she got in front of a camera without makeup on.
